  • Arvind is a Co-founder of Constance and leads the Capital Advisory group. He was previously working with National Bank of Fujairah, Dubai Bank and various Big 4s.

  • Arvind has also headed the Corporate Finance function for a regional mining & metals conglomerate and spearheaded the Strategy & Finance functions for a USD 1.2 Billion coal mining and infrastructure project in South East Asia.

  • He has acquired significant experience in fund raising across Middle Eastern and South East Asian markets. His Fund Raising experience includes, but not limited to, Equity Placement, Debt Raise, Mezzanine financing and Non-recourse Project Finance.

  • He advises on both buy-side and sell-side transactions adding significant value on the financial, commercial and legal matters
